Requirements

The following documents are required for student enrollment:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Picture ID (student and/or parent)
  • Social Security Card
  • Current Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residence (utility bill or lease agreement)
  • Last Report Card
  • Withdrawal form from previous school
  • Last Transcript
Students are required to have a minimum of 6 or more credits to be eligible for enrollment. 
 
All 17 year old students must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enroll.
